David O’Rourke is an artist based in Co Clare.  He is the recipient of a Clare Decade of Centenaries Arts Project Award in 2022 for his current exhibition on the revolutionary period in Clare.  His paintings are influenced by extant photos of the period and feature events in Ennis and Ennistymon.
