21 March 2014: Conference on the Curragh Mutiny

Ed23-CurraghCamp1 copyOn Friday 21 March 2014 a major international conference, organized by Trinity College Dublin, was held in Ceannt Officers Mess at the Curragh Camp, Kildare, to mark the centenary of the ‘Curragh Mutiny’. The conference brought together leading Irish and British scholars and legal authorities, including Prof. Tom Bartlett (University of Aberdeen), Prof. Ian Beckett (University of Kent), Dr Tim Bowman (University of Kent), Prof. Ronan Fanning (University College Dublin), Prof. Keith Jeffery (Queens University Belfast), Prof. Eunan O’Halpin (Trinity College Dublin) and Mark Seaman (UK Cabinet Office), Paul O’Higgins SC and Sir Richard Aikins QC.
