ballykissane2On Tuesday 29 March 2016 an exhibition organised by Killorglin 1916 centenary committee opened at Killorglin Library. Co. Kerry. This focuses on the deaths of three members of the Irish Volunteers at Ballykissane Pier on Good Friday 1916; they had been attempting to facilitate the landing of weapons from the German vessel Aud. The exhibition is free and runs until Tuesday 31 May.
