This included a History Ireland ‘Hedge School‘ debate on the topic of ‘The 1916 proclamation: then and now’. Speakers included Liam Kennedy (QUB), Mary McAuliffe (UCD), Hunan O’Halpin (TCD), Kevin Whelan (Notre Dame), and Padraig Yeates (SIPTU).
