On Tuesday 17 October 2017 Dublin City Council presented the third in a series of lunch-time lectures in Dublin City Hall, on the theme of ‘Ireland and the Russian Revolutions’. The series is curated by Francis Devine and Dr. Mary Clark in association with Dublin City Library and Archive,138-144 Pearse Street, D2; full programme details and speaker biographies can be viewed here.
