12 June 2017: ‘Commemoration and conflict in Ireland’, Queen’s University Belfast

On Monday 12 June 2017 the Institute of Irish Studies, Queen’s University Belfast, hosted the second symposium of the ‘Commemorating partition and Civil Wars in Ireland, 2020-23’ project, entitled ‘Commemoration and conflict in Ireland’. Speakers included Gavin Foster (Concordia) and Anne Dolan (TCD), and the event also incorporated a keynote lecture by Richard Kearney (Boston College), with a response by Maurice Manning (NUI).
